Important information regarding registration for 2023 conference:

Participants are asked to register & pay the appropriate fee by January 31, 2023.

Please pick up your participant packet on-site.

Registration and parking fees are non-refundable after February 17, 2023.

Registration fee only is waived for University of Louisville participants.
-
The names of presenters and chairs who do not register by February 14, 2023, will not appear in the program.
